How does it work? It's simple!

What do you work on most often?

In the offer details, you will find a negotiation section where you can quickly check key information about the negotiation process.

If the shipper has not specified a rate, enter your proposal to see the cost calculation.

To make the calculation more accurate, it is worth configuring the Best Route Assistant correctly. In this section, you will see the chances of accepting the offer, calculated based on the available data.

Click on the AI Negotiation Assistant elements to expand the Assistant window.

Check the Price Forecast for the selected route. It is based on average rates accepted in freights with similar conditions and routes. The forecasts are updated on an ongoing basis based on changes in the market.

To analyze the competition, check the current interest in the offer and see how many people outside your company are negotiating. This number will show how much interest there is in the freight and how many carriers you are competing with.

Number of load offers at the unloading place shows the number of loads available from the destination (+/- 50 km range) within three days after the unloading date.

Check information about previous cooperation with a given shipper. Before starting negotiations, familiarize yourself with the history of cooperation and the ratings issued. Click See ratings to go to the Ratings and References module.
