To find the best offers, on Trans.eu you can use filters that determine e.g. place and dates of loading and unloading, tonnage, loading meters, body type, loading method, certificates, type of freight and price. These filters can be freely saved and configured. In the Loads2GO application, it is also possible to search for loads along the route.
✅ Messenger that allows you to search the entire database of Platform users
This is probably the most frequently used tool on the Trans.eu exchange. It enables you to start conversations with potential contractors easily. Messenger has three tabs: recent conversations, contexts (grouped main conversation topics) and contacts.
In the messenger, you can quickly check the interlocutor’s business card, including their rating and contact details. You can also conduct advanced negotiations there. After searching for the appropriate freight (“Search loads” tab), simply click on the conversation bubble and propose a rate. During conversations with the contractor, the offer will be in the “Under negotiation and watched” tab. Once both parties reach an agreement, the offer will appear in the “Accepted” tab.
Importantly, the communicator has a built-in translator that allows you to negotiate easily in any language.
Soon in the Loads2GO! application you will be able to add a contact database from your phone or Trans.eu account.
Trans.eu – the safest choice for the carrier
One of the most important values of Trans.eu is security. Each company joining our Platform undergoes an authorization process. Once it becomes part of the Trans.eu community, its activities are monitored. This allows us to create a network of verified contractors.

Building the credibility of contractors with ratings is a very popular solution, available on most trading platforms and online stores. You can also use Trans.eu to express your opinion on cooperation with your Client or Contractor. How you can do this?
- 👉 The condition for submitting a rating and posting a comment is to conclude a formal transaction on the Platform.
- 👉 After completing the formalities and unloading, you have 120 days to submit the rating – a maximum of 5 stars ⭐.
- 👉 You can also add comments. If the rating is below 4 stars, “What went wrong” suggestions appear, where you can select comments regarding the payment time, communication with the contractor or unloading issues. You can also write your own comment.
Why is rating and commenting so important and useful? It allows for a transparent way to share experiences from working with a contractor and identifies companies that are the most reliable and trustworthy. Ratings and comments are publicly visible. Any user can review them even before starting negotiations.
Maps and searching along the route
When talking about the functionalities of the Platform, it is worth mentioning the additional possibilities offered by the desktop version of maps and the searching along the route option in the Loads2GO! application.
✅ Maps taking into account road restrictions
By selecting the map option, you can optimize your driving route. Our Platform will help you choose the best possible variant, taking into account road and ecological restrictions. Soon this module will be expanded with additional functions and will allow you to precisely calculate the best routes, and thus the highest profits.
✅ “Search along the route” option
If you use the exchange on your phone, i.e. the Loads2GO application, after setting the filters, enable the “search along the route” function. Based on the GPS in your phone, the application will suggest offers from the nearest towns. And if you agree to receive notifications, the application will inform you about loads that meet your expectations. This means you do not have to browse offers all the time.
