We’re updating the name and branding of the Loads2GO mobile app. Starting April 2026, you’ll find it in the App Store and Google Play as Trans.eu.

Your account, login, and load history stay the same. This is a branding change to align the mobile app with the rest of the Trans.eu platform.

What’s changing

  • App name: Loads2GO → Trans.eu (in the App Store and Google Play)
  • App icon and splash screen: updated to the Trans.eu look
  • Brand name inside the app: updated to Trans.eu

What’s not changing

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your data, settings, and history
  • How the app works and what you can do in it

Some of you use Trans.eu on desktop and Loads2GO on mobile. One name across devices means a more consistent experience and less confusion.

Questions & answers

I can’t find Loads2GO in the App Store / Google Play. What happened?

The app is still available — it’s now listed as Trans.eu. Search for “Trans.eu”. If you already have Loads2GO installed, it will update through your regular app updates.

Do I need to create a new account?

No. Use the same login as before.

Will my data be affected?

No. Your data remains unchanged.

What if I have a problem after the update?

Contact our support team in the app or through your usual Trans.eu support channel — we’ll help you resolve it.

What you need to do

  • If you already have Loads2GO installed: update the app when prompted.
  • If you’re installing it for the first time: search for “Trans.eu” in the App Store or Google Play.
