Carriers using the Trans.eu Platform browse through thousands of offers every day, trying to find the most valuable ones that fit their needs. The search and negotiation process can be time-consuming, especially when there are many similar offers from a single contractor. To help you organize your work and make your search more efficient, we have introduced a new feature - grouping similar offers.

Grouping similar offers is a new feature on the Trans.eu Platform. It combines load offers into groups based on their common characteristics, such as:

📅 Dates of operations
📍Loading and unloading places
🚛 Vehicle parameters
👨‍✈️Contractor’s company

The new feature has been implemented both in the browser version of the Platform and in the Loads2GO mobile application.

It couldn’t be simpler

Grouping similar offers is an optional feature that you can customize to suit your needs. By default, it is enabled on your account, but you can disable it at any time by unchecking the “Group similar offers” option at the top of the list.

Similar offers from the same company are combined into a single item and marked with the Similar offers button (along with the number of such offers).

In order to view all offers separately and compare their details, click the Similar offers button. A list of grouped loads will be expanded.

Grouping similar offers is also available in the Loads2GO application and works similarly to the browser version of the Platform.

When the feature is enabled:

👉 Only offers from the same contractor (company) that the system considers similar will be grouped.
👉 Grouped offers do not have to be duplicates of the same order. Sometimes the shipper needs to transport a large load that needs to be split into several offers. Such orders will simply be grouped together.
👉 Offers that are not similar or from different contractors will not be grouped.
👉 Grouped offers are marked with the “Similar offers” button and their number.

How do you benefit from grouping similar offers?

Grouping similar offers was developed in response to feedback from customers who found it difficult to find orders on the Platform. What are the benefits of this new functionality?

Clear and organized list of freight offers

Grouping similar offers makes your freight list more transparent and facilitates the daily use of the Platform. This feature allows you to get a quicker overview of the available offers and focus on the ones that best suit your needs.

Unique offers are found more quickly

The new feature makes unique orders more visible. Grouping similar freights saves time which would previously have been spent on analyzing the same offers from a single contractor. Now you can easily browse the list of freights and choose the most valuable ones.

More efficient negotiations

The new feature eliminates the need for multiple contacts with the same customer. Negotiate only one offer from the same contractor, instead of several identical ones. Decide more quickly to start cooperation. Avoid sending multiple questions about the same offer. Negotiate the final terms of the contract more efficiently.

In summary, the new feature groups identical or very similar offers from the same company that in fact relate to a single load. This makes it easier and faster to find unique offers. Thus, you increase the chances of obtaining loads effectively.
